Applying for Admission: What You’ll Need
To register your child at Little Oxford Nursery and Day Care, please provide the following admission documents:
- Completed Registration Form
- Completed Medical Form and Questionnaire
- Child's Passport including UAE Residence Visa page (Photocopy)
- Child's UAE National ID card (Original & Photocopy)
- Child's Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
- Four recent passport size photographs
- Child's Immunization Records (Photocopy)
- Registration Fees of Dhs 200/- (Non Refundable)
